ACTIVITY SESSIONS AND ADVENTURE DAYS
The prices below are per person and are valid until April 2011.
Waterproofs, equipment needed and VAT are included in these costs.
Footwear is excluded (although we can often provide this free of charge).         Groups, or families of 2 adults plus 3 or more children please ask for our special rates.

A discount of 5% will apply to any booking made more than 6 weeks in advance.

Please add £15 per person for bike hire if required during mountain biking sessions.

WILD CAMP AND BIVOUAC PROGRAMMES

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Our standard activity days start by meeting at 10 am and finish around 5 pm with short breaks in the day for refreshment.
• We ask for a deposit payment of 50% of the full cost on booking with the balance to be paid before or on the day the activity takes place.
• Cancellations within 28 days of any activity will mean that 50% of fees are due and within 14 days, 100% of fees.
• In the unlikely event of us having to cancel any activity ourselves then all monies will be refunded or an alternative programme offered, whichever is preferred by the customer.
• We reserve the right to request that participants to leave an activity session if we believe that they are under the influence of alcohol etc, as to continue would be unsafe. In such a case no monies would be refunded.
